At Taapaz, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. But since we are at a very small scale, we appreciate you being mindful of your choices and read the description and size chart properly.
Currently we offer returns for single products for activewear and in case of wrong product delivered or defected product. Only exchange is possible for value/combo packs.
Vacation wear is not returnable.
We are continuously working to improve our policies to serve you better.
Return:

Return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

For return/exchange, Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached

Combos/Value packs are not eligible for return. only exchange is possible in such cases
- Item is eligible for return in case of wrong product delivered or defected product with a proof
- Initiating exchange through swift portal will not be considered valid.

Exchanges are allowed only once per customer.

We are focusing on refining our return process to ensure your experience is seamless.
- A nominal fees of 200 Rs will be charged for returns which will be deducted from refund amount.
How to Return:

Once your return/exchange is approved, you will receive/Exchange a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Upon receiving your returned item, in case of defected products, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, we will send you a link that will help you get your refund credited quickly.
